Michelle Collier

Michelle began working at Hatfield Heath Primary School in 2014, joining as a senior leader with responsibility for Maths. Since 1999 she worked within the local area, building very strong community knowledge and educational links across Bishop’s Stortford. She has qualifications as a Maths Specialist Teacher, Mastery Specialist Teacher and has a Professional Development Lead accreditation from the DfE. She is particularly passionate about STEM education and inspiring girls into STEM careers. She became Deputy Headteacher at Hatfield Heath Primary in 2019 and is currently completing the NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship).
