Victoria Marrow

Victoria has worked for The Learning Partnership Trust since it was established in 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience of working in education. Throughout this period, she has had various roles ranging from administration, business management, strategic leadership and Co-Head. This, together with her dedication to personal professional development, close working relationship with the previous CEOs, Trustees and Governors, has provided her with a valuable oversight of how to effectively lead a Multi Academy Trust.

Victoria has a first class honours degree in School Business Management and will complete her NPQEL (National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership) in Summer 2024.

She is passionate about being part of a team that is committed to providing optimum learning opportunities for all pupils and equipping them to meet the challenges of the wider world with confidence.
